Terms of service
These terms apply when you use personifold.com or buy from it. Personifold (we) is operated from India.
1. What we sell
Licences to use fictional, AI-generated presenters ("hosts") and the files that come with them ("packs"). What you may do with a host is set out in the licence. You buy a licence, not ownership of the host or its copyright.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you buy for a business, you confirm you may bind it.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars or Indian rupees and include any tax we are required to charge unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by Razorpay on its own secure page. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or fees.
4. Exclusive checkout holds
When you start an Exclusive checkout we reserve that host for up to 20 minutes so nobody else can buy it while you pay. If the payment is not completed in time, the hold ends and the host becomes available again.
5. Delivery
Packs are digital. After payment you are taken to a download page and we email you the same link. Each link works for 30 days and 5 downloads; ask us and we will send a fresh one.
6. Refunds
See our refund and delivery policy. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights that the law gives you.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use hosts only as the licence allows, and never for fraud, deception, impersonation of real people, harassment, sexual content, content involving minors, hate, disinformation or anything unlawful. You also agree not to scrape this site, interfere with its security, or try to get packs without paying.
8. About AI-generated hosts
Hosts are generated by AI and do not depict real people. Any resemblance to a real person is unintended; if you believe a host resembles someone, tell us and we will review it promptly. Apart from the promises in the licence and what the law requires, packs are provided as described, without other warranties.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you make with a host, including platform disclosure rules. You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your use of a host in breach of the licence or these terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your country gives you. Please email us first; most problems are solved in a reply.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one live on the day you bought.
