Every host is AI-generated

No Personifold host is a real person. Each one is generated from scratch by our own engine, from written parameters such as age range, look and lighting, using an image model released under the CreativeML OpenRAIL++-M licence. No photograph of a real person is used as an input. Every host is reviewed by a person before it is published, and we reject anything that resembles a known person, looks under 18, or is sexualised.

What you need to do

Label content that uses a host wherever the platform or the law asks you to. In particular:

• YouTube asks creators to disclose realistic altered or synthetic content when uploading.
• TikTok asks creators to label realistic AI-generated content.
• The EU AI Act, Article 50, applies from 2 August 2026 and requires disclosure of artificially generated people in content published in the EU, where it applies to you.
• Adverts are subject to advertising standards that forbid presenting a fictional person as a real customer or expert.
